Bearing Rings for Wind Turbines
The process begins in a high quality steel mill of specialty steel, which uses selected scrap, with a high level of control in secondary refining and in the vacuum degassing process for the production of the ingots. These later undergo the forging process and further lamination provides it with high quality. Following, the rings are heat treated, machined and inspected to guarantee the quality required by the customer.
